JSC Santavilte provides individual and complex automatic control systems for fishing and cargo vessels.
More than 13 years of experience in marine automation allows us to offer our customers such services as refrigeration, engine department, parameter monitoring, SCADA, winch management and similar systems.
We are providing control systems such as: refrigeration compressors, valves, air conditioners, holds and refrigeration evaporators, refrigeration fittings, seawater refrigeration, fish hopper control, refrigerant gas leakage automatic control systems, both single and complex combined.
For the fish processing we can offer plate freezers, workshop conveyor control systems, fish briquette temperature, quantity monitoring and accounting systems, data collection from other workshop equipment (scales, packaging equipment, bar code gluing machines).
We can provide data collection and display system for the engine department: data is collected from a variety of sensors or other devices (if the device allows) into one common user-friendly system that informs about the reached warning or emergency limits. This allows the operator to react promptly to avoid accidents. In case of failures, it is possible to analyze the historical values of the collected parameters and find the causes of the failure.
We are offering fuel refueling and fuel consumption monitoring systems , report generation for a certain period of time allows monitoring of fuel efficiency, as well new systems such reactive power compensation systems, active current harmonic filters that increase generator utilization and reliability.
We also install vessel winch control systems, both with AC and DC motors. A net trawl system can be supplied, both for cable probe winch control and for other deck winches. The use of regenerative electric drives allows part of the energy to be returned to the grid, thus saving part of the fuel consumed by diesel generators. All of these systems can be combined from multiple vessels into a single shore-based monitoring system to track the productive performance of the vessel.
